Blogging About Documentaries

There are two activities to complete today:

1. Watch an interview with a filmmaker
2. Write a blog post about what you watched (20 points.)

1. Click here to view filmmaker interviews. You can choose any clip to watch, but I strongly suggest finding the filmmaker of the clip you watched. 

2. As you watch the interview, think of the following questions:

What things are important to the filmmaker(s)?

Listening to the filmmakers, what did you learn about what a documentary is?

3. After viewing the interview, create a blog post that addresses both of the questions above. Also include the following:

The name(s) of the filmmakers and the title and subject of the documentary 

Did you watch an interview of the filmmaker who created the documentary clip you watched?

If yes, how did this help you deepen your understanding of the film clip?

If no, how did you choose this particular interview to watch? 

Your blog post should be at least one paragraph and contain specific.details from the interview you watched.
